      Dr Sam Chernak, PT, DPT
      Dr. Sam is a physical therapist specializing in pilates and strength training to help women with chronic back pain and pelvic floor issues overcome fear of re-injury and return to exercise so they can feel strong, sexy and confident in their body again.
      Renata Trebing, FNS
      Renata is an Intuitive Nutrition Coach specializing in empowering women with their nutrition using hormone balancing and holistic health practices. With both a Fitness Nutrition Specialization and a focus on Functional Nutrition, Renata aims to help you shift your perspective to seeing nutrition as the ultimate form of self-care.
